New ReviewerNothing with gearbest has taken place. All they do and have done for several weeks is to ask you the same thing repeatedly.
I need help to rest my Windows password of my Teclast tablet. I cant return it dine ive already utilized the Android potion of this DUO operating system. What may end up happening is that I'll be spending somewhere between $50.00 and $100.00 to Microsoft to do a password reset. I will NEVER order anything again from this Gearbest company.
They have a negative zero when it comes to their customer service support. it'd non existent once they get your money. WARNING: Do business with Gearbest at your OWN risk......Also. as they are Chinese company, operating from China, they're use of, understanding of translation and written American English Language leaves much to be desired...its non existant and non helpful to us Americans that don't understand the verbal,written language of the CHINESE.
They only understand our money ONLY!!!
NO PICTURE CAN BE TAKEN OF THE PROBLEM EXCRPT TO SHOW I HAVR WINDOWS. I cant get into it ti reset it.
Also, they installed an OEM version of Windows 8...(ordered and paid for Windows 10+). The system knows its me as the Teclast tablet shows my name.
Anyway, with this incomplete OEM version of Windows, it will not allow me to reset my password. This is GEARBEDT fault...the reason that Microsoft has to charge me a high fee to reset the password.
I was sent the Teclast 8" duo operating system. I'm unable to utilize the Windows 10+ operating system side because of password issues.
I'm unable to use "reset" password. Because its an "OEM" vsrsion of Windows, Microsoft is unable to assist me with the password reset problem. I'm being asked to spend between $50.00 and $100.00 with Microsoft vendors to assist in this matter. Its always this.
Gearbest, the maker of this Teclast tablet with duo operating systems, has continuously refused to help me.
They've sent me back and forth since I received my tablet Friday, May 13, 2016. So for my time and money invested, I've not been able to use both operating systems due to zero support from the maker, Gearbest.
