Be prepared to lose your money

Only use this firm if you can afford to lose your money. have been trying for 2 weeks to get a refund on a jacket which was laughably sized. This can only be done with a “ticket” but it is impossible to generate a ticket when their site says your order number does not exist. All they do is repeat the same generic statements presumably in the hope that you will go away. Does not recognise password and if you try to change it, their captcha is either impossible to read or constantly refuses your entry. Suspect their customer service is a kid in his bedroom.

Many years I am a buyer of the store Gerabest. Normal prices + - like on Aliexpress, but a lot of shares and coupons, which allow very profitable to make purchases in October 2017, with coupons + on shares was bought by Xiaomi mi note 2 global version for $ 277.97 A lot of orders were ordered: Keychains, telephones, toys, jewelry, clothes, electric transport and much more. There were different cases, everything was fine and it was sometimes bad. Almost all parcels came without damage. 1 time came a katana umbrella with a bent frame, but I think this is the fault of the transport company. 1 time ordered a smartphone, in a large parcel with covers and other gadgets. Smartphone in the package was not, the parcel opened the house, without video registration and to prove that the smartphone was not in the package is not possible. It was clear that the parcel was covered (presumably at the customs) + the weight of the parcel did not match the weight at the time of sending (in the documents it was fixed), the transport company completely refused to deal with my problem. The store after a month of debriefing went to the meeting and compensated for half of the cost of the smartphone, it brightened up my disappointment, the store's fault in the loss of the phone during transportation I did not see. in the rest no problems with the store did not arise, only with transport companies .... Sorry for my English :)

siemore me atendieron muy bien y si es que llego a tener problemas me ayudan a poder resolverlo. La unica pega que pondria son los envios porque no se cumple con el tiempo que dice la pagina de gearbest, aunque no dudo que no es culpa de gearbest si no del servicio de envios. Por otra parte siempre tienen unos precios muy compententes y a pesar de ser productos chinos tienen una calidad impresionante en ellos. Por otra parte la interfaz de la pagina es muy bonita y facil de usar. Por ultimo lo mejor es que te da bendeficio de puntos que llega a ser dinero gratis

Not the first time I buy goods in this store. Customer service is probably the best of similar stores. Prices are always lower than competitors. My Choice is Gearbest. The best store for me. I can safely recommend buying at this store. Also in the store is a huge selection of electronics for personal use. I already ordered several mobile phones for myself and my family. I will make a review after receiving the goods. Just want to talk about the discounts in this store. very often the post comes messages about frequent promotions and sales. I purchased a robot vacuum from them for $350. After 4 months of normal use, it began giving an error and would not work. It was within the 1-year warranty for free repair. I followed their instructions for returning it exactly as they said. I paid $100 to send it back. They said they couldn't receive it past customs, although I sent it EXACTLY as they told me too. And that since it was past 45 days after purchase, they would not refund my money. Bottom line, there is no way to get the product back to them for repair, and they will not honor refunding it! I feel completely victimized. I have thrown away $450 purchasing from them a product that died and then paying to ship it back - which does not work!!! (I wonder if they knew that it wouldn't?!) Please, please, please do not purchase anything from them!!! So worth the extra money to purchase within the United States where people are under our laws and we know we can mail to them!!!

Bought on 25 oct, now is Nov 16 on back order... every day shipping date keeps changing! I will need some serious amount of Points for their "mistake" or dishonesty... 222.80€ wasted? i hope not! they cant just say "oh, we dunno when itl b back in stock! so just wait" then no body would buy stuff so they lie... So i ordered something that was supposed to be restocked a month ago and now they tell me the same story,well im not drinking the koolaid again so they can just re fund me for wasted time! i am angry at them for lying to me.

Just stay away from Gearbest!

I have never left a negative review in my life but in this case I really think that everyone must know that they are just thieves. I bought a smartphone (Xiaomi MI5) from Gearbest.com at a good price and the delivery was fairly quick. After 3 months I had some issues with the fingerprint scanner and the battery; I contacted the customer service and I ended up sending back the device for repair (I had to pay the delivery). When the phone came back, it seemed that they had fixed these issues but the phone could not read any SIM cards anymore so I was told to send it back again to their repair centre (again I paid the delivery). They received the phone on the 24th of August and I got it back 2 months later… with the same problem!!!!! I contacted them asking for a refund or a replacement since they had not been able to fix it and I had to buy a new phone. They replied telling me that the only option was to return again the device for repair!!!that’s just insane!! I will not waste any words to insult them, I just want to let people know how Gearbest.com works and deals with customers. Just stay away from them!!!

(INITIAL ORDER) I bought 2 IP cameras with shipping insurance via PayPal. (ORDER RECEIVED) Both items were received in used condition and DOA.

According to the manufacture both cameras were sync'd to another user account and could not be used. Per GearBest DOA policy “contact our Support Center for RMA authorization within 3 days of the order being received. After returning the product to us, we can send you a new item free of charge (we will reimburse you the return shipping cost), or you can choose to receive a full refund. Enjoy total peace of mind: every single purchase is 100% risk-free each time you shop at GearBest.” (http://www.gearbest.com/about/warranty-and-return.html#item3) I immediately contacted GearBest for a DOA refund.

They quickly provided me with the RMA information. I mailed back the DOA units at a return shipping cost of $7.60 to the address on the RMA they provided. GearBest partially refunded my purchase minus their initial delivery costs $2.56, minus the purchased shipping insurance $2.36 and denial of my return shipping costs. (GEARBEST RESPONSE TO PARTIAL REFUND) GearBest was contacted about the partial refund and they state it is partial per their terms and conditions.

1. “For shipping fee of returning, we cannot refund to you because you returned to US warehouse. Choosing to return to China warehouse and refunding the shipping fee, or returning to US warehouse, you only can choose one of them.” 2. “Kindly note that it is common business practise that insurance is non-refundable.

This practise applies to Gearbest.” 3. “We have refunded all payment we can refund.“ (MY RESPONSE TO GEARBEST PARTIAL REFUND) 1. I was never provided a China warehouse option. Their RMA instructed me to ship to the location in the US.

2. Nowhere in their Terms and Conditions does it state that the insurance is non-refundable.

The items were DOA therefore per their DOA policy I can “choose to receive a full refund.” as “every single purchase is 100% risk-free” (http://www.gearbest.com/about/warranty-and-return.html#item3) 3. Per their DOA policy “we will reimburse you the return shipping cost” (http://www.gearbest.com/about/warranty-and-return.html#item3) (STATUS) A PayPal case has been opened and I’m waiting for GearBest to refund $12.52.

EVERYONE PLEASE READ: To Gearbest, I guess you don't want to resolve this issue. The following support tickets were opened on your website T170******** , AT170********, AT170******** and now T170********.

Why so many tickets? I had to open the initial ticket to return the DOA item. Gearbest closed the ticket after a partial refund. Due to a partial refund and no refund of shipping back to Gearbest I had to open 2 Paypal cases.

In exchange for closing the cases Gearbest was to refund me the remainder $12.52. Gearbest only refunded me $4.92.

The last ticket was to inquire where my remaining refund is... IF YOU ARE CONSIDERING GEARBEST understand if you get a used or DOA item like I did and request a refund these are the tricks they play!

This company is total joke! I ordered total twi e from them. The first time I had to cancel my order because as they said, the item is not in stock and I need to wait for 15-25 days although on the site it shows that it is available, the second time, same story, first they told me that the item is not in stock, then I been told that it is in stock and it will be shippex in two days, after 3 days they are saying that they are busy and it will take another 3-5 days to ship the item although I asked them to ship asap as it's a gift and I need it in specific time, I also purchaced premium shipping and they said Ok. Their support is garbage, they only reply once a day whatsoever! So far it's my worst experience with online shopping! These guys think to much about themselves!!!

I was overcharged and did not see the discrepancy until three hours later when I saw my bank charge. I returned to the Gearbest app and, low and behold, the price was different than what I agreed to pay.

Has anyone else experienced this kind of theft? I immediately started a "Cancel my order ( Not dispatched only)" support ticket to address the issue and cancel my order immediately. However, I did not receive a reply until almost exactly 24 hours later with a message stating that "all items come from China and prices vary often according to many factors such as currency exchange and suppliers". and "These are market facts".

The FACTS I am most aware of as an angry consumer are as follows: 1. I have better things to be doing right now. 2. I started this support ticket to cancel within a FEW HOURS of the order.

3. The order is still processing as of the writing of this. 4. The company's website, in regard to canceling shipment, states: "If you have already transferred the payment for your GearBest order, you will need to fill out a ticket at GearBest Support Center as soon as possible.

Choose "Unsent order inquiries" under Question Type and in the next tab choose Cancel my order (Not dispatched only). Go on to fill in the rest of the details: your order number, subject, any additional information you need to add and so on." I did this! Why are you not canceling my order! 5.

Instead of following my request to cancel the order, the support person says that they are still processing my order.

6. Gearbest is asking for a S&#$ Storm.

They added me 30$ on transport cost.. after 2 weeks over shipping date and I ask why not shipped.

The site is a nightmare and I would stay away.. better said I will stay away from now on.

Cheap is not worth it, if you don't get your orders at all. 3 items ordered, 2 are not delivered or never even went on shipping.

Close to 500$ they own from me but I don't have any products in my hand.

Gearbest.com = stunningly bad service.. really, leave you speechless

No, it was not possible for me when I tried to do that. They said I had continue working with the seller to cancel it. The transaction had already been approved on their end and was processing.

I brought the oroduct from then but I don’t like it so I want to return them I try to contact them I submitted the ticket and I was waiting for there response to send me the mailing address they did not email me the return address. I was so mad at my self why I went to this web site for shopping, next time I won’t recommend my family or friends to go on this web site for shopping. They said there is a live chat but that also not responding and I was looking for the toll free telephone service so that I can talk to and costumer service people but I could find it.

And again original products by Xiaomi from online store GearBest.com as usual at sweet prices... I placed an order for Mi Headphones Pro HD by public discount coupon with free shipping by registered PostNL with international tracking number, total cost of $ 15.99 with payment by PayPal.

Plus for this order the store make me a cashback in the amount of $ 1. Retail box is factory sealed, everything is fine as always. On the GearBest there is an opportunity to order an Hybrid Pro HD even a little bit cheaper, if the flash sale with points at the maximum. But where to order HRA even cheaper than on GearBest, cheaper than $ 15 including shipping, this I do not know, maybe nowhere) IMHO people who know how to count their money, choose items by Xiaomi.

Xiaomi & GearBest it is an ideal alliance. Place orders for GearBest is the right shopping. I hope my real personal experience will be useful to someone. Overwhelming majority of shoppers shop the real items, and not the cat in the bag.

Therefore I do not see the need to dwell on the description of items, the more that on YouTube a whole ocean of reviews.

Mi community of the right shopping without overpayments. All best wishes for Mi-fans.
