Comprei vários produtos. Smartphones, películas, case, mispeaker, chaveiros, brinquedos, lanterna e etc. Gosto que eles dão a possibilidade de enviar tudo no mesmo pacote, no ultimo pedido veio sem taxa e foi muito bom. Preços incríveis, como os flash sale e cupons de descontos. Também de um modo geral retornam rápido. Mas precisam melhorar na proteção dos produtos, usando plastico bolha, já recebi smartphones em apenas um saco plastico sem nenhuma proteção. Outras lojas capricham mais nas embalagens. E também serem mais claros em dizer quais são os direitos dos clientes que pagam por seguro. Eu fiz algumas perguntas relacionadas e não me responderam. No geral recomendo.

WARNING: DO NOT BUY OFF GEARBEST Their returns policy is a sham, they will do anything to delay you and will do as little as possible to help. I tried to a return a phone to them. They lied to me and said they called customs delaying it by a month and now the phone is stuck there and I have lost 415 euro On Aug 15, 2017, i ordered the Xiaomi mi6 64gb for €360.64. I received it on the 18th of September and it was broken. It wouldn't let me call or text or connect to network. I tried using different sim cards and I also went to my network providers shop. Then on the 6th of October, I notified gearbest and requested a refund. It took me 4 days (till the 10th of October) to convince them it was broken and then they gave me their returns address. I tried to return it by my normal post office but they do not allow people to ship lithium batteries. I informed gearbest and they told me to ‘choose option 2’ which is 25 euro of store credit. I obviously did not take this and told them that I was going to return through Fedex. This cost me an additional €55 euros and gearbest said they would not pay for returns shipping. FedEx collected my broken phone on the 17th of October. At this point I was well within 45-day money back guarantee that gearbest had. 29 days had past since I received it and gearbest had 16 days to get it back. By the 19th of october it had reached customs in GUANGZHOU CHINA. Fedex said the package was having a clearance delay. I waited a few days to see if the matter would resolve itself and then I contacted fedex.(on the 23rd of october) They said to ask gearbest to call customs in china because customs had been calling them and no one was picking up. They say on their website that they are available for calls Mon.- Fri. from 8:30 to 16:30. Customs called them more then once it is a bit suspicious that they didn't pick up. Anyway I told gearbest to contact customs and they said they told their ‘related colleagues’ and to wait. I kept waiting and it was still stuck at customs I kept asking gearbest for updates and they said to wait. Then I contacted FedEx to ask if gearbest best had called customs and they said they had received no word from them! This was on the 21st of November about a month since I asked them to call customs. I was furious. I told them to call customs immediately. They tried to waste more time by playing dumb and pretending not to understand my very clear note and asked if I still wanted to return the item. On the 23rd of November they finally called customs.(on the 17th of December) 20 days later it was still stuck in customs and I told them to call again they ignored it and told me to contact fedex to ask for them to return it to me. This would cost me another 100 euro. That's €155 for shipping and 360 for the phone itself. They want me to waste 510 euros and have a broken phone. I warn you not to use gearbest it is too much trouble and money wasted. I will be complaining on every website and giving updates for as long as I have to until they give me 415 euro back (360 for phone and 55 for shipping) If it takes years I still am prepared to fight for it ****DO NOT BUY PHONES FROM CHINA*** If you want any extra info I can send you screenshots, feel free to contact me. I will be updating.

Gearbest - Very poor customer service,emails ignored completely

Received phone on 20 of dec 2017,after waiting 3 weeks,lcd display faulty would turn on but could not see a thing,have tried to contact gearbest but no response,if i have to return this thing it will cost me nearly €13 which is nearly the price of the phone,i should not be responsible for postage as i didnt cause the problem,the quality of this product is very poor,which makes me wonder where did it originate,i hope gearbest will do the right thing here,by either replacing my phone or refunding the cost,very dissatisfied customer.

I had been trying to get a refund or a replacement for a defective android tv box that was sent to me they dont show that your "refund" will be in store credit in their return policy and they say the will replce it but expect the customer to cover the shipping cost to return it which is 40 usd according to them the box was 67 so I see it as Im throwing them more money to fix their mistake I said i would like my card refunded or them to provide a shipping label to return the product and they essentially told me select one of the options we gave you I had ordered from them before a year ago and it was fine so as long as you dont have to deal with customer service its not bad but if you do just take the loss and shop elsewhere

Jestem bardzo zadowolony z zakupów na gearbest. Chińskie produkty są poważnie coraz lepsze. Można je kupić w bardzo korzystnych cenach, a nie odbiegają jakością od największych światowych marek w dużo wyższych cenach. Czas pakowania i wysyłki jest bardzo szybki, obsługa bardzo miła, uprzejma i pomocna. Z czasem dostarczenia to już różnie bywa, jedne przychodzą po 2 tygodniach a inne po miesiącu. Jak na razie nie doświadczyłem żadnych problemów. Widać, że sklep bardzo się stara, żeby usatysfakcjonować klienta. Często można wyrwać dobre promocje i kupić dobry towar jeszcze taniej :) Polecam. Kupiłem nóż Enlan EL02B Axis Lock Folding Knife . Cena jest fantastyczna a jakością nie odbiega od 3krotnie droższych innych firm. Bardzo dobra jakość wykonania, ładnie wyglądające wykończenie stone wash i równe szlify ostrza, dobre materiały. Axis lock zamyka się pewnie i dobrze trzyma.

I've been having a great deal of trouble with GEARBEST since many months ago. The fact is that I bought a Tablet Mi Tab 3, and after receiving it, I was able to use it for three months, then it presented a problem on the screen (touch), out of nowhere it no longer recognized any touches. I tried all possible procedures: Back to the factory settings, reinstall ROM and etc. Nothing solved, after contact with Gear Best, I was instructed to send him back to China for the proper guarantee, and so I did. However, more than three months have passed, and the product was not received by them, according to the tracking, it is in the customs of China. I activated the Mail, even because I did the insurance (very expensive), the mail refused to refund me the loss, because it alleges that the product is in the Chinese customs held, even gave me a phone from China to contact, but not I speak Chinese, so I explained everything to the attendance of Gear Best, they offered me $ 46 (dollars) to repay for the inconvenience, I found it very nice of them, the problem is worse now: The next day when I sent another email to Gear Best, to ask if they had already gotten in touch with the Chinese customs, they informed me that they are giving the case for closure because they have already given me a $ 46 bonus! Gee, wait a minute, I thought this "bonus" was meant to soften the whole mess, not to abandon my tablet that paid over $ 300 for a measly $ 46! If you do not want to lose your money, get out of Gear Best and buy at Bang Good !

I use several Chinese platforms to buy a good, but gear best is my favorite one and I will tell you why: - They are like amazon - they handling everything by their own - They offer always genuine products - They offer very handy shipping priority for Europe - a way faster than other competitors in my case - Many coupons and hot deals can be found if you need to lower the price - I like customer support - if needed they will reply mostly after few hours - I choose GB when I buy more valuable good - then you can earn a lot of GearBest Points to use later for lower a price in next shopping.

I have bought there many things, including few smartphones, and they are very helpful if there are complications with orders. Their shippment aren't the fastest one, and they send sometimes after few days item that is "in stock" but over all I am satisfy with shopping in Gearbest store. They have good after sale service. Kupiłem w Gerbeście sporo rzeczy, mnóstwo pierdół za pare dolców i prę smartfonów, ogólnie jestem zadowolony ze współpracy z nimi. Zawsze jeśli wystąpiły jakieś komplikacje ich obsługa posprzedażowa starała się znaleźć satysfakcjonyjące rozwiązanie. Nie miałem okazji korzystać z ich serwisy gwarancyjnego więc na ten temat nie mogę się wypowiedzieć. Podsumowując mogę szczerze polecić ten sklep.

Placed an order via DHL for quicker shipping. Was informed several days later that shipping was not possible due to quantity of batteries in package. Asked to change shipping to express line. Responded that changing shipping was not possible. Asked to cancel order no reply. Asked to cancel again got a reply that they couldn't ship via original method (which was DHL) and wanted to know if I would like it shipped via DHL or Express line (both have been denied all ready). I have asked for it to be shipped either way over a month ago and here we are back at square one today. I would say bad customer service if any had been provided
