Faulty product send it back to Gearbest, no money back yet

In july I bought a new Xiaomi 5s plus from Gearbest. After 1 minute of working the sound stoped, the speaker was dead. I've send it back to Gearbest. They received it on 06.09.2017, so more than one week ago. And now I am still waiting for them to return my money. I have an open ticket, I delivered them my paypal account but no money back. Each day I get the same message, they are telling me to wait. They did not made any found transfer yet. I will never buy again somethind from this thieves. People, don't buy from Gearbest!

GEARBEST - AVOID AT ALL COSTS Bought a OnePlus 3T phone end of June 2017 which cost £314. Phone arrived promptly and all seemed good. At the end of August the phone just died, catastrophic firmware/battery failure. Now it won't even turn on! OnePlus 2year warranty is invalid as I didn't buy from an 'authorised dealer'. Contacted Gearbest and the fun started. They have offered me a credit which is only 13% of what I paid less than 2 months ago. Despite a number of replies stating this was unacceptable, their pathetic offers to resolve are still way off the mark. They have now stopped responding altogether! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. If you buy anything from them and it develops a fault you will get a fraction of what you paid, if anything at all. All you will get is emails referring you to their 'Terms and Conditions' which are totally biased towards Gearbest. Buyer beware. You have been warned. Oh, and don't buy OnePlus phones from anywhere other than OnePlus or an AD. The battery fault I had seems to be quite common.

Dealing with the same issues. They take orders, with stock not on hand, then ship dates never come.

First order, they refunded after 3 weeks.

Phones came on sale again, ordered, and now have been waiting for another 3 weeks and the ship date keeps changing in my order status.

Customer service chats show they take orders, knowing they may not get items from supplier!! This will be my last try, if we don't get our phones, I will bash them at every opportunity for bad and unethical business practices.

The title says it all, Bought a CR-10 3D printer,they tried to scam me for 60USD of shipping fees by holding my 700USD order hostage, luckily Paypal gave me back my money and raised a flag on their account. Never ever make a purchase on their site as they have the worst ever customer service, won't understand a word of english and will constantly ask you to close your paypal case to get your refund *hint* it's a trap and a *** obvious one. Use any other site and beware of their facebook sellers that are swarming groups lurking for customers. They are paid a cut in the sales and only want to scam people.

They added me suddenly 30$ for shipping.. what is more as the "special" the price reduction had.

The 4k cam I ordered on "special"..

never arrived in my mail box and after 10 weeks now, we can say that never went out in the first place.

So, 3 orderes, 2 didn't arrive or even got shipped.. and they love to have SUDDENLY more cost on your side!! What also brings me to the point, after the shipping date was 2 weeks over promised date and I wrote to ask why is is not shipped.

I wouldn't have asked, the parcel would just be on hold forever. ZERO service this shop offers..

still owns me 500$ for outstanding products... so I join the song:

Gearbest.com is the worst online shop I had dealings with since I am using the internet.
