I am glad I only ordered some cheap headphones. Xiaomi Piston 3 headphones to be exact. First I had to wait ages for the package to be shipped. Then it took ages to ship. When it finally arrived I had to find out that they are fake ones. Compared to the original (right side not working correctly anymore) which I wanted to replace the sound and the materials are a inferior by a lager marigin. When trying to change the earbuds the whole front casing came off includng the driver. This ripped the cable connection towards the driver off...While trying to do that with the originals broken side I didn't even manage to do that while usaing a LOT more force I advice you never to order from Gearbest. I saw reviews where the custumer received what he ordered but these cases were really rare.

Never shipped

This is a complete scam. Products don't ship even when they say they are available. I ordered more than a month ago, money accepted straight away then no product shipped, poor customer service with automated replies only. Even when I have asked for an alternate item they still haven't shipped. They will not give you a refund and they do not respond to your questions. Do not waste your money. It is much safer to use other stores such as eBay. GearBest is a simply a SCAM.

I was not happy when my sons Christmas present arrived 3 days after Christmas. Now I want to ask them about the product because of all the news reports. My son LOVES his hover board and we have had no issues yet. We are cautious when charging it also. I've tried calling and emailing and have had no response. Disappointed

The order that I made totaling EUR 77.74 on Aug 12, 2015 20:37:22 PM was not received in the post after waiting over one month. Their website indicated that the order was divided into two post parcels. One was sent via Netherlands Post Registered. The other parcel appears to have been sent via China Post Unregistered. By October 1st 2015, the parcel sent via Netherlands Post Registered finally arrived. However, at the time of writing (2nd November 2015) the parcel sent via China Post Unregistered, for which I paid EUR 7.58 has still not arrived. I contacted Gearbest about this through their website help system, to which they responded that I should wait 45 business days for my parcel. It has now been over 55 business days since I made this order. I have tried accessing the tracking information on the China Post website, but obviously since it was sent unregistered there is no tracking information. I had a number of problems that I would like resolved. Unregistered post: - It is good online business practice to send parcels via registered post so that both the seller and client can verify whether the delivery has or has not been made. The fact that one parcel sent via registered post was proximal to my location, and another one sent via unregistered post was coming from a long distance, is not coincidental and suggests that this company is attempting to cut costs at the sacrifice of baseline customer service. - An additional point is that my order has been divided into registered and unregistered post parcels at their disposal and without my consultation. Postal time: I have evidence that the postal times to my region (France) for all items in my order are listed on their website as 3-5 business days. This is blatant false advertising, and I expect the estimates to more accurately reflect what they communicate after the sale (up to 45 business days). I asked for a reply outlining how the company intends to address these flaws, and a refund for the amount of EUR 7.58 for the item that they failed to have delivered to me. Unfortunately my requests were ignored, and they continue to direct me to my post office, who do not have the parcel.

Terrible business..

Ordered an item Nov 27 for my son for Christmas. Was promised it in 12-15 days. When I contacted them Dec 17 they hadn't even processed my order but TOOK my money! Will never order from them again. Now I am scrambling to try to find this item! Terrible customer service, can only email them! You cannot call them they will only reply thru email and it takes them 1 -2 days to even respond. Most frusterating business I have ever dealt with! Don't buy from them even if they sell the item cheaper because most likely you will never get it!

It takes about 3 weeks for the hover boards to arrive. Don't worry they do come. Mine did and it's fine.

I am going through the same thing!! I have emailed several times and get the SAME email & it doesn't answer any of my questions!!

I also ordered on Nov 27th & Gear best took my money and have NOTHING!

I will NEVER order from this company again!!

GearBest Reviews can't all be real?? + Beware of spyware on phones.

After buying a OnePlus Two smart phone from GearBest I would never shop with them again!! I read many reviews and they even got a mention on many decent websites.

Some of the reviews did mention that they are not usually quick on delivery so I did expect some delay but they took a lot longer then they mentioned they would but that wasn't the biggest issue. Once I received the phone I had problems with it out of the box, trouble updating it, slow and even issues with apps on it. After hours of troubleshooting I found that the software that was installed on it was spyware and it had viruses!!! At one stage I couldn't even start the phone.

I emailed them immediately and their response was one of complete disinterest and basically just said that it left them working and to send them proof of issues etc. After what I found on the phone, spyware etc. there was no way I would send it back to them to try to fix. As I am tech savvy I decided to clear the phone myself, re-imaged the phone with legitimate OS and software.

I then ran the latest updates without any issues and the phone now works fine. I have heard of issues like this before and warn anyone buying android tablets or phones from them to clear all unknown software even format the device before use as there could be spyware, viruses or even phishing applications installed....

I have purchased a 2wheel electric scooter and they sent me a used and scratched scooter. There telling me I can return it for full refund but I have to pay for shipping which is expensive. Also by the time this happens and I get another one for Christmas my kid will not have it. Also they said the would give me 10% back if I keep it towards gear best. Why would I buy from them again after there customer service is strictly by a Facebook message. That's the only way they have responded.

Do Business At Your Own Risk !!! They Do Not Stand Behind What They Sell

I purchased eight (8) light bulbs from them, four (4) were DOA. The order took four (4) weeks to arrive.

The quality of the bulbs, they are cheaply made. They are E27, 110 VAC dimmable LED bulbs. Three (3) separate correspondence with them, they ask for pictures or videos and to restate the problem. Ridiculous, these are screw in light bulbs that are DOA.

They clearly try to frustrate you so you won't respond. I should have done a bit more homework on this company before I placed an order with them.

I will now have to open a ticket with Paypal, another big pain, to see If I can get a refund. Be warned, do business at your own risk.

They sent me a faulty watch and then asked me to pay extra for the replacement watch. This is extremely bad practice and I suggest that you avoid them at all cost. the customer support was appealing. I could not always understand them and they were not willing to solve the problem. three months later and I still do not have a watch while my money is gone. their prices are competitive but it is only worth it if there are no problems with the product.

if you use paypal, you could file open a dispute on the transaction and ask for refund. or else if you pay via credit card you could call the bank or the card company and file a chargeback onthe transaction, but you need to tell them the whole story.

Do not buy from them. If you have -- dispute your charges. Everything I just read about this bogus company has happened to me. They do not deliver, the inquiry response is bogus. Throw your money out the window. At least you will know where it went. I ordered on Dec 4 2015, bought expedited shipping and still havnt received it. I wish Anonymous would *** this site and take it down. Dec 28 and still no product, don't know where its at, no number to call. First and last time customer. This is what give ligit online business a bad name.

Still have not received item.....

Ordered my sons on Nov. 20th. The money was withdrawn from my account on Nov. 23rd. On Dec. 14th I got an email saying it was mailed and provided a tracking number. The tracking number brings up no info at all. Then on Dec. 24th I receive another email stating it was just mailed on the the 24th and given a different tracking number. You guessed it, that one brings up no info as well. I have emailed several times and get an automated response each time. My friend order one for her daughter a few days after me and has had the same problem. This company sucks!!!!

FRAUDULENT USE OF MY CREDIT CARD

I HAVE STATED MANY TIMES THAT I ONLY WANT ONE WATCH. GEARBEST IS REFUSING TO CANCEL THE ORDER  OF JANUARY 22, 2016. USE CAUTION WHEN DEALING WITH  GEARBEST . Credit card number stolen! I just made my second purchase at the gearbest site. First one seemed to go fine. I made this second purchase a few days ago and the payment registered through "Gearbest Great Britain". Today, I get a security fraud alert from my bank from...you guessed it...Great Britain. Luckily, my bank is great at security and the payment never processed. But now I have to get a new card and change the numbers on every one of my online payment accounts. This is infuriating, to say the least. My second purchase from gearbest will be my last.

Same thing happened to me. I ordered two mini drones and a few days later my credit card had been cloned.

I'm in Mexico, so I won't be able to get my card until my next trip to the states over Christmas.

My credit card company will pay the thief's charges and now it looks like I have to ask them to go after the charge for the products I actually bought.

I will ask them to add Gearbest to their list of dangerous websites.
