I have planned for a adventure trip in India from 20-07-16 and for that I ordered a Firefly 6S action camera from Gearbest on 04-07-16. At the time of order, it was shown that the product will ship between 07-07-16 to 13-07-16. Since I had very less time , I opted for the standard shipping (EMS ,3-7 days shipping) and paid 24$ extra to Gearbest so that I can get the camera before my trip. After placing the order, when I contacted gearbest customer care, they told me that item will be shipped after 17-07-16 as that is not in stock and they gave me option to purchase other product which is in stock. As delivery before 20-07-16 was very critical for me, I opted for a 34 $ costlier camera ( SJ5000X) and paid extra 34$ to Gearbest on 06-07-16. Then on 07-07-16 I received mail from Gearbest that my item has been shipped through the normal airmail (Netherland post with 25 days shipping time. EVEN AFTER HIGHLIGHTING THE CRITICALITY OF THE ORDER AND PAYING EXTRA 24$ FOR EMS SHIPPING AND 34$ EXTRA FOR THE ITEM AVAILABLE IN STOCK, GEARBEST FAILED TO FULFILL THE ORDER REQUIREMENT. THEY HAVE NOT EVEN CONSIDERED CONTACTING ME BEFORE SHIPPING THE ITEM BY NORMAL POST. When I informed them about this blunder, they started apologizing and told that since camera had batteries inside it cannot be shipped by EMS. Then I sent them the link to their shipping FAQ page in which it is clearly mention that batteries can be shipped by EMS. When their lie was caught, they again started apologizing. As the fault is entirely at their end and due to the blunder of shipping the item by normal post, I will not get the camera before my trip and it will be like a dead investment for me. As the item is already shipped, I don't have any option now. So I have requested them for refund of the extra payments of 24$ (Shipping) and 34$ ( For the available stock item). They have agreed to refund the 24$ but refused to refund 34 $ even though the fault is entirely at their end. I am attaching screenshot of my communication with gearbest customer care(Tickets) and hope anyone reading this can judge the situation themselves. Please don't purchase anything from this fraud website.

I ordered online and long time time later when i finally received it and open the box at home, to my surprise the item was not what i had ordered. When i contacted customer service i received and apology email (clearly copied and pasted) asking for time to "find a solution". i took more than a week for them to find out what to do about a wrong sent item. They also asked for pictures/video to explain the issue. they suggested to give me virtual (Monopoly money to use on a next purchase) but not a full refund. Or they wanted me to pay for shipment and send the item back (no refund). long story short, it's been more than two months since i received the wrong item. I have tons of the same email messages apologizing and asking for time to find a solution. They have sent another item - yes, another wrong one to fix the first mistake!! now i have no money back, two wrong items and a customer service who does not but say "i'm sorry you are having issues" please explain what is wrong." DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS PEOPLE. THEY ARE NOT SERIOUS, WILL SEND YOU SOMETHING ELSE INSTEAD OF WHAT YOU ORDERED AND WILL NOT HANDLE IT PROPERLY. ALL HEADACHES!! ***Warning*** they also delete the bad reviews and keep only the good ones.

In late May I ordered 2 ecig drip tips made by a top notch company for $1.50 each. These were a steal at the price and I should have known better. They shipped on 5/31/16 and I was emailed a tracking #. I tracked this package until 6/24/16. On the 25th when I entered the tracking # I received a message stating the # was invalid. I contacted Gearbest for an explanation. They ignored the question and told me the package shipped on 5/31. (I already knew that and had stated that info in my ticket to them). I sent another ticket asking for an explanation. This time they advised that the package was sent through a post service that you couldn't track a package through and to re - verify all of my mailing info and check with the Post office. They also assured me they would track the package for me as soon as I did this. I immediately answered that ticket and waited another 24 hours. Next ticket from them. Their not so helpful now. Now my answer is they can't track the package until 7/31/16 due to " the carriers decision". Following is a copy of my final ticket to them. "I am not happy with this response. First you tell me that I was unable to track this package as it was sent through a post service that online tracking is not available for . If that's the case why would you give me a tracking #? That info was a complete lie as I WAS able to track this package until 6/24/16. I advised you off this in my first email. Secondly, your timeline states 25 business days (see attached file). 7/5/16 will be the 25th business day. Should I not have my package by that date I will contact PayPal for a refund. I realize this is only $3.00,but it is the principle .My orders in the past have been for a lot more. Fortunately those orders shipped from EU and the USA warehouses. Not China. This is the last time I will do business with Gearbest. I have ordered from Fasttech.com many times with 0 problems and will continue my business with them. They appear to be a much more reliable company. attachment 1".
