Have yet to receive items & only get the same thing from customer service. Be patient, went from 10 - 25 day shipping to now saying 10 - 45 days. No tracking number for package & no way to know where it is. Pay the extra money & buy it in the US. Unless you do not mind waiting months for processing & shipping. After reading reviews on here, should of ordered Drone in US. Beware of this company - will be filing complaint with paypal. They can have their account pulled for to many complaints.

Gearbest - If It Seems Too Good to Be True...

One side of me says, "well, it was only five bucks." But, the other side of me says, "I should have *** known better!!!" That's about the only way I can sum it up, and based on some of the comments I've read here on pissedconsumer.com, many of you will agree with what I'm saying. Ordered what looked like a pretty cool watch. Haven't seen it. They got me! I fell for the okie doke and now my wallet is a five-spot lighter. Sigh!

While Gearbest may have the lowest prices around, they suck. Don't order from them. I ordered a battery and that was well over a month ago and I still have no idea where my package is. I've contacted them several times and they just send you a generic email with a link to the tracking page. Oh wait, the tracking is in Chinese. Great...Can't tell a *** thing, and it won't translate well either. No shipping number, everything in Chinese. No help at all. Pay the extra few bucks and get your product faster somewhere else

My husband and i ordered vape gear and they keep saying that it's on its way, but tracking says it's leaving origins and has said that for several weeks.. They will not issue a refund and it has been over the shipping limit. Never received the items i ordered which total was over $100.00!! Very upset and feel scammed!!!

I had ordered new Drone and they sent the used one which was absolutely dead on arrival. They refused to refund the amount. I opened a claim through Paypal and then they asked to send it back to China. It costs more to ship to China than the Drone! This is a fraud company...STAY AWAY!!
