Do yourself a favor and do not order from GearBest. I did place 7 orders and received only 2. One defective on arrival. No service or support. Been asked to send item back. I have no idea how they send it for free to Europe, but the cost I had to cover to send it back to China just forced me to give up. I found other sellers to be a better option at least for me. Now they asked me to be patient and wait for an order more then 3 months on the road. What a service.

Ordered 2 drones for xmas gifts Dec 11, 2015. Lost in shipping. Now March no drones and the want to refund me only half what I paid. WHAT A RIPOFF!!!!! Boys didnt get gifts. VERY UPSET! Dont ever buy from this company!!!!! I never will again.

This site is a complete scam and will rip you off. They have a department of *** *** who submit fake reviews and try to promote their *** site. They have THE worst customer service, and lie about products being shipped. They will pretend to ship you your item by printing a pre-paid postage, and taking a photo of it. This triggers the shipping tracking - but you will not see any other status. After 3+ months of waiting and *** from GearWorst customer service (asking me to verify my mailing address and a bunch of other ***), I asked for a refund, which they said they can't do because it was the mails fault the product was lost. I filed an affidavit with my bank and immediately they shipped the item off - and it arrived 4+ months later. Please file report with www.ftc.gov and get this *** piece of frauding *** site off the internet. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THESE CHINESE CROOKS.

I ordered replacement motors for my quadcopter. the cost for the motors was less than $4.00 each and they weight only a few oz. They charged me $25.00 for shipping. On there web page it said free shipping. The motors arrived via first class parcel post from Staten Island NY. I am not very happy with them. I've been in contact with them via email, and all they offered was a 5% discount on the next order. Never again will I order from this company.

Gearbest in Mississauga, Ontario - Lousy Customer Service

Ordered a memory stick in early February. I was notified on February 12 that it had been shipped on that day. However, as of February 27 the memory stick has still not been received. I tried to contact them, but they make that virtually impossible if you don't subscribe to Facebook or one of the other social networks, which I absolutely will not join just to log a complaint. I would not recommend this company to anyone and certainly will never buy from them again. My recommendation is to avoid them like the plague.
