Gearbest in Surrey, British Columbia - No delivery,no reason,no refund!

I ordered a skull mug for my boyfriend on Dec 11,2015. I knew it would take some time to get here(Western Canada) no problem, I figured a month...so now it's been over a month, and I check to see what the status is. Turns out they cancelled my order the day after I ordered and "refunded" my money back into a Gearbest wallet. WTF? Why? What good is a credit if you can't even deliver,let alone tell me the reason why! I purchased through Paypal and have initiated a dispute with them,so hopefully I get my money back!

Gearbest Disrespects their Customers

I became a Gearbest customer this past summer. I made a few small purchases to see how Gearbest handles their deliveries and the service was fine. I was purchasing a few items for Gifts for the less fortunate for Christmas. I made these purchases in Mid-November. NOTHING has STILL been delivered except an electric razor with a wrong power supply. (not for Can/US). I have: · The Gifts for the needy for Christmas, W1511150110145101, all landed in Mexico, with an order of batteries sent to me that were not mine. it has cost me over $400 to find out what happened. I continually asked Gearbest for help and I was always given a ‘Blank Standard Answer’ and not a Real-Life answer. I was always having to start over. I have requested that order be cancelled as it never arrived and has cost me plenty already. Please either cancel or credit my PayPal. I paid the duty for the wrongly sent batteries and have not yet been credited. · Bluboo XTouch phone, W1511200950271664, for my wife. I was repeatedly told it would be shipped out in less than a week (NOT TRUE). How would your wife like NOT getting her gift for Christmas? · Elephone Vowney 4G Phablet, W1511222239589090, broken promises from Gearbest. · An Electric Razor, W1512060043483678, with a wrong power supply. (not for Can/US). · Half of order W1512060043483678, is still not delivered and I will forced to pay more duty ($25 for every order like for $4 stuff), again. · Every time Gearbest ‘splits’ an order, I pay $25 DUTY for every delivery under $40. The Power-supply will cost me more than the unit is worth and I have already paid it once. The 2 controllers were for the 2 Android TV boxes, but duty will be 4 times their value, why would I receive them and pay $25 duty? Plus the other goods will be even more. As you can see, I have had nothing but bad experiences and was of the mind that Gearbest would care to have Honeywell’s Canadian business, but I must be wrong as no one seems to care at Gearbest. At this point in our business, what can Gearbest do to help this situation get better? I have already incurred well over $400 in losses.

Same problem! I ordered a board on the 3rd of January and it is now the 19th, just got a tracking number on 7th and it hasn't changed just says that there was a label created.! It's so annoying, I paid 300 for it and haven't been contacted from customer service after sending many many emails!

These Guys are crooks and should be ban from importing into the US. I ordered a drone and they sent a cheaper model. Customer service will not make it right. Do not buy from Gearbest unless you want to be cheated. You do not get what you is advertise or what they describe in there literature. I buy on line all the time and never been cheated like this company. I should never bought direct from china. There needs to be a Government filters for imports from china Junk.

Gearbest in Reno, Nevada - Product Return for Refund: better forget it

I bought a smart bracelet and the screen was too small to be used by my wife. I contacted the gearbest via email and requested to return it for a full refund. The return address provided to me was in China and it was too expensive to the price of the product to send it back. I was offered 30% refund and keep the smart bracelet which was useless. Their refund was give me an equivalenet amount discount for my next order. I don't want to purchase from this seller.

It's frustrating in dealing with GearBest.com. Not until I ran into the issue in dealing with your support and return policy, I realized that I am a victim. I should not trust those small liar popup e-store. The page of Return/Warranty page is just a gimmick in trying to confuse you. A whole list of exceptions of exceptions what not covered and they only refund you 10% of your return if they do decided to refund you. Mostly, they will claim that your faults in those no quality product. A toy quadcopter only fly on minute and stop functioning. I am in the mid of dealing with them. But, they threaten that if I return product, I only get 10% of store "reward point" (not even store credit) - they design this gimmick to steal you money! I will never go into this site to buy again. I SHOULD have check out GearBest before hand. Now, I am stuck with the emotional upset and wasting my time in dealing with this store. Learn from my mistake.

The Teclast X98 pro Tablet which I ordered, arraived with no valid installation of Windows 10. Gearbest offered a funny refund of 40$ or to return the Tablet at my own expense and risk. An inspection made by a cerified technical person, revealed Windows was never even properly installed on the dual boot device, which means I was cheated into buying a Android/Windows dual boot with 64GB storage, while I actually got an only Android tablet with 16GB of storage. Devices with similar specifications cost half the price of what I paid Gearbest, over 200$. All my efforts to get some resonable compensation from Gearbest, have failed. Beware of Gearbest's fraud!

Gearbest - Self Balancing Scooter Review from Mountain View, California

I have not yet recieved an item, a TWO WHEEL self balancing scooter(CYboard). It was estimated to arrive 8-15 days because it shipped from US they claimed not china. All my other smaller item arrived separate but in a understandable time. This item i ordered Dec. 12th ,expecting it 2 or 5 days after xmas. Its now Jan. 18th and still no $298.00 +shipping 24lb item.,i suppose i will have to esculate my paypal dispute to a claim. I ve already been taken on a quadcopter thag the motherboard burnt up on from same company with no resolution. What a joke. Buyer Beware.

Hi. I also bought a wheel balancing scooter.

Ordered on nov. 24 (for christmas) and received it jan. 14. Was unusable and possibly unable to be charged.

The charger broke the first time my son tried to use it.

I opened a dispute through pay pal but have yet to hear from gearbest. At this point I just want my money back

That must be a common issue not only with gear best shipping and return policies, but mainly with these scooters, the one we ordered from EBAY arrived on expected scheduling much better than gearbest, However,the same experience with not being able to charge the scooter looked and worked great out of box, but upon an hour of riding and battery needin charged, our charger does not charge the device. This is rediculous, you would think there would be more regulations on the imported products in America to insure it's population is not being ripped off while trying to gift to family and instead end up with no product,a broken product,or extremely high fees to return products overseas, no or little American consumer protection, wasted time and pissed Christmas kids that had only a slight chance to experience our invested gift.

Somethings have to change. Import That!

The prices are low, but thats it! I bought a Elephone 3000S 64bit. When bought, it had Android Kitkat, but in the Q&A on gearbest they said that it would have Android Lolipop. Because of that I bought it (it's a 64bit Phone, Kitkat is 32bit, Lolipop is 64bit). After somme time I noticed on Elephone's forum that there wouldn't be an upgrade to Lolipop, so I contacted Gearbest. They advertise to reply within 24 hours, but after a couple of weeks still no answer, so I asked again. Some time later I got a reply that they would ask their suplier and that I have to waith a few days for a reply. Again weeks later I had to ask myself for a reply and they had to asked again ... They told me that here was an update comming. After waithing some months there was still no update and more indications where there that there never would be any update. Still asking, waithing a long time, asking again, them asking their supplier again, ... After some time it was clear to me that there would never be an update, so I told them. Then, again after waiting a long time and them asking their suplier again, their answer was that it isn't recommended to update the firmware. After me saying that that was my descission to make, they replied me that I could update if I wanted. But there still was no update!!!!! So when they realised that there wouldn't be an update they just said that updating wasn't recomended ... After I asked for a compensation because I bought the Phone out of false information from their part, they just stopped answering ... So if jou want to buy something from their shop, be sure that it works without problems, because their after sales support is ZERO and because they are in China, you can't do anything about it and you can't get a refund from them! order WW1505220541031493
