Gearbest - Poor response & no solution for LATE DESPATCH DATE on item

I've place an order on the 11th August, did not receive any estimated delivery date. after several attempts to contact Gearbest, no phone number (I believe their telephone number is under maintenance) , sent an email to "support", no reponse, i finally got to "chat" with a robot on live chat, only to be informed that my order will be despatched "round about 14th Sept, which means it might take another month to reach SOUTH AFRICA. This is unacceptable and extremely poor service. I can't wait this long, this is a gift for my daughter.

I received a faulty phone and none of the aftersales team is helping me in filing the return though my purchase is under 45 days of policy. I will never buy anything from gearbest henceforth. I wish there is chance if giving .5 star.

Where he *** is the rest of my order? I ordered 4 shirts about 30 days ago and I received 2 shirts in about 2 weeks - both of which were too small and the other 2 are still missing. I want to exchange 2 for a larger size but your website will not allow me to do that.Your website totally sucks and cannot track my 2 missing shirts.
