Worst technical support from Gearbest ever!!!
My software is not functioning and I don't know if the machine can even run as I have been waiting over a week for the technical support team from Gearbest to help and assist me, with no solution at all!!
they keep on saying that they will get back to me within 24 hours and guess what?? No solution!! With the current assembling page from Alfawise and the poor backup of technical support, please do not support Gearbest or even try to buy the Alfawise C30 Laser engraver you are wasting your time!!
If you perhaps are one of those lucky clients that did purchase one and it is working, then I am very happy for you, but I will never buy from Gearbest again or even the Alfawise series. you only bump your head once!!!
