I purchased a redmi note 2, mobile phone from gearbest few month ago, has issues with the phone camera, and can't attach photos to emails, messaging, and web pages, the screen shut down while using, (battery are fully charged.) Could be softwear or programing issues on the phone.

Customer service are poor, no respons to email or complain,

Another occasion I purchased a cover for this phone, they send the wrong item, it doesn't fit.

Even there web pages, the live chat never work or respond to customers, the login page has problems to login, ask to reset password many times still not working, I give up on this site.

Product or Service Mentioned: Xiaomi Redmi Note 2 Cell Phone.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Gearbest Cons: Very worst customer service.

1, The battery also didn't last for what it was when I first received the phone.

2, I use 2 sim card, I tick on only one sim for Internet data, but end up used up both sims data at the same time, it costly.

Phone shut down often.
