Gearbest - Bad Company...Worse Customer Service
I ordered a MXV+ S905 TV Box Android 5.1 TV Box from these not too bright people. When it arrived 4 weeks later it was DOA.
I asked them to replace it. Instead they canceled the order without notifying me. So now I am out $40.33 for the item and $3.96 in credit with nothing to show for it. If you don't believe the negative publicity on this site then you have to find out for yourself!
After you receive an item they expect you to send them pictures, video and a statement as to when you received the item.
All unnecessary except it seems that they donโt trust the customer. Ticket # AT160******** Order # W160518****296083 .

I had a bad experience with gearbest.
4 days ago i received (After 43 days) an airmouse, http://www.gearbest.com/mice-keyboards/pp_275286/review.html the thing doesn't work. and when i write my review (a bad review) in her page.
the admins don't publish my bad review.
this guys only publish the good reviews.
be careful if want buy in that store.
