The organisation has always responded within the twenty four hour period of submitting a ticket and question in relation to a technical issue i had with a phone i bought as the camera would not work. According to Gearbest the fourty day money back guarantee had lapsed so i was given an option to accept a partial refund or return the phone to them for repair.

I accepted a partial refund to the wallet which was adhered to within the twenty four hours and i have since ordered a different phone with the wallet credit that was given to me. The products they have are of a good / reasonable price so would not fault them
