I order few things at the same time. I knew it would come in different shipment.

First shipment: one item was broken. Not during the shipping but during the packaging as they clearly folded in two the item in hard plastic to fit in an envelope way too small to contains it.

There was also an item I never asked for and I have no use for. Straight to the bin.

Then I contacted them for an update on the remaining items I ordered.

Surprise, one of them is not available anymore and they didn't think about contacting me. So my last parcel was waiting for an item which would never arrive.

I accepted to go for another item more expensive. And agree to wait two weeks for another item to be available again.

One month later I contacted them for an update. Surprise, the item more expensive is not available anymore. And other items are now missing too Wtf

They propose to wait an extra 3 weeks for potential restocking. Bla-bla

Conclusion: Angry

They don't know the stock of their products and when there will be restocking.

Their answer is always wait 2-3 weeks.

They don't update you on your order status.

Product or Service Mentioned: Gearbest Customer Care.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $30.

Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.

I liked: Large choice of products.

I didn't like: Customer service, Low quality, Misleading adverts.
