I bought a smartwatch. It was advertised as RM68.28.
shipping is RM14. When in the payment page, I selected to use my GB wallet, which RM79, click to use GB points which I have about RM13. And entered code for 15% discount. After selecting all the 3 modes of payment.
I can't click to submit order.... So, I cancelled, and try again and again. For 3 days. Then, on the final try, I clicked to select PayPal too.
So, they can solicit my money from 4 modes of payment. Voila! I succeeded to put the order and buy the watch. Then I realized, the price different.
I was charged more than advertised. I was charged RM92.29. Very very shocked! Pictures attached.
Do see the time difference on my phone.
And the price difference. Their customer service refused to understand my complaint.
