I ordered a product in Gear best on July 22, 2018 and estimated date of delivery is on Sep 21, 2018. Initially they provided me a wrong tracking code and after that they gave another one which directed towards my my country.
I had consulted with the Customer care using Ticket recently but no use. On Dec 10, 2018 they had assured me half of the amount which I had paid as a refund but today is 25 June, 2019. I had not yet received any refund nor any update on my package status. When I tried reaching them they told me that it had been more that six months from date of delivery so they can help me out.
Then what about the first ticket which I had raised it on the 9th day from the date of order not even date of delivery. So beware of those fake people.
