Hi all, just wanted to share my last shopping experience with Gearbest. I ordered a product (third one, first two purchases went fine although it takes a decade to get to the mailbox) that happened to disfunction within 5mn of use.

After what I read about shopping on chinese websites I was pretty confident I'd never see my money back. But I chose to open a ticket, report the problem with a complete explanation of what didn't work and add a short videoclip to this request in order to be fully understood. Believe it or not, 2weeks later the same person that took care of my request from the beginning asked me what kind of refund I'd like, such as full refund in actual money + same amount worth of GB points OR same item sent back again.

Another 2 and half weeks and the parcel was on my doorstep. Thank you Gearbest!

I liked: Staff excellent job treating my request, Fast to respond and act to questions, Lot of very cool stuff.

I didn't like: Time for processing refund.
