Dear support

From France (Edge, Firefox), it's impossible to create a ticket.

My ticket is never taken into account

My new tablet is defective : order Nr W1711100538125941

The internal micro-SD card is no more recognized after some month correct use.

Tried with 3 different micro-sd cards, without suceess.

Cannot use micro-SD anymore.

I wish to obtain refund or a standard exchange.

How to abtain a refund or a standard exchange ?
