I order 4 items.The heart rate monitor was shipped repeatedly.

Of course that is the one I did not receive. I try to track it which state that it was in another province. I message them there response was " oh that's unfortunate" leaves me wondering what that meant. So i asked if the were going to do anything about it.

Try to track it themselves. I receive no response. The next time I track shipment it was on its way backwards. now it was back in the UK.

I tried messaging them but they are not responding.

So I lost the most expensive product.I did ask for a refund but they never gave it back.
