After much research on racing drones i decided to buy the Floureon 250 racer. After i received my unit put it together and the battery wouldn't fully charge, the led light on the back didn't work and two of the motors would just shut down.

I contacted Gearbest thinking they would take care of a replacement. After sending them pictures and video to document my issue i thought that would be sufficient but it wasn't. First they told me there was no led on the back of the drone which is prominently shown in the video on their website. Then they wanted me to "put the props on Correctly".

Today they informed me that they'll only refund $25 in credit for something i spent almost $300 on. Very disappointed in the way they do business.

Never again. I will be filing a greivance with PayPal
