Gearbest - DOA product and terrible customer service

New ReviewerAfter waiting over 6 weeks for my 3D printer, I assembled it only to find it didn't work. It started with a faulty control board which was probably damaged by the faulty power supply which also died.
They agreed to ship a replacement control board but shipped the wrong part, which arrived another 4 weeks later. I just want this thing gone and my money back. Given the customer complaints and reviews, however, I have little trust they will honor their DOA policy.
I cannot recommend anyone do business with Gearbest. They clearly don't know the products they are selling and when something fails, they don't provide any kind of customer support.
