I placed and paid for my order Dec. 8th.

Everything looked fine but when my order hadn't shipped by the 18th I wanted to know why. I logged into my account on the website and apparently there is a "shipping Issue". They never sent an email notifying me it and I only found out by logging in on the website and noticing a "ticket" was issued on my order. There are no details other that it saying please respond to "shipping issue" for my order.

How do I respond if there are no other details about what the issue is? So I tried contacting them thru the "24/7 chat help" which has been unavailable all day. Guess it's not 24/7 after all. The number listed on the website just goes to a busy signal and they Haven't replied to an email I sent regarding all of this.

I'm still not sure what issue is but I've had ZERO luck being able to contact their customer service. Not sure what to do now other than getting a refund thru my credit card company.

Product or Service Mentioned: Gearbest Shipping Service.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $90.

Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.

I didn't like: How they have not shipped my order.
