Resolved: Gearbest - Emails Won't Stop, Customer "No Service" is Stonewalling
Gear best never contacted me again, but the marketing emails did stop.
I have attempted to unsubscribe from all GearBest communications at least 3 times using their website with no luck. I then used their Live Chat and asked to be unsubscribed.
They said it would take 24-48 hours to process. 96 hours later, I received another marketing email from the company. I used their Live Chat again and got the same "24-48 hours to process your request" response. I then asked for their mailing address three different times during the conversation and the representative ignored or avoided the request every time.
All they gave me was an email address for their support group. This company may have good deals on products, but their customer service is completely unresponsive and disconnected from their customer base.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $50.
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
