its been 2weeks now contacting support centre to resolve a faulty mobile phone which is 5months old. they say they only cover 45days on products.

William says they can offer partial refund of 120usd for a product costing 299usd. I choose other phone but they say its not in stock. I choose another phone and that is out of stock.

However I can order this phone on their website as their is stock of this replacement.

I feel they just want me to accept the 120usd to spend again.

I wont I will just contact them daily as Ive been doing now waiting 24hrs only to get a response its out of stock. Im so annoyed but I will continue as its principle now.

Reason of review: Warranty issue.

Monetary Loss: $250.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

I didn't like: I will never order again.
