I paid for insurance when I purchased a smartphone from them, the item was stolen in transit and they refused to do anything about it.What is the point of insurance if they won't honour it?

After sales service was rubbish, had to tell them the same thing 6 different time and still they fail to act on it. Will never use them again and I have bought a lot of items on line from Chinese retailers.

Their customer support service site is rubbish, they send you an email when they leave a comment and the link from your email never connects; you have to go to the site manually and put your details in and log in -every time.DO NOT TRUST THEM!!

Review about: Gearbest Shipping Service.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $300.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

I didn't like: Everything else.

To their credit, Gearbest have reversed their decision and decided to offer a refund or a replacement. It really shouldn't need a complaint in a public forum such as this to get that result though.
