Two weeks ago I opened a ticket on "Gearbest" support site.It is 12/29/15 still no meaningful feedback just auto response email .

The tech will get back to me . No customer service ,no tech help . DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY !

The plug does not fit!Either refund my money or send me a working part , rear facing camera.

This person wrote the review because of not as described of car dvr from Gearbest and attached a photo. Reviewer claimed that he or she wants Gearbest to read this review and look into the issue (if any).
