They shipped half of my products the earphones are great as are the external USB-c covers. The projector never focused.

The iPhone accessories just don't work (rendering them paperweights). The rest of the order just never made it The "customer support" answer almost immediately with almost automated and repetitive responses. These responses are generic and sufficiently incoherent that you have no idea what is happening. After countless attempts to resolved this matter with the "customer support".

I finally gave up. Total Order Price: USD 207.97 Missing Order Value: USD 91.59 Date Ordered: Jun 03, 2017 10:05:02 AM Final Give up date: Aug 30, 2017 10:43:01 PM (3 months later) These guys are fraudsters do not use them... Last message (the best of the bunch but still useless) read: " Dear Alon, We apologize with this delay and sincerely regret you have not received your order. Unfortunately,it appears that your order has been lost on the way.

After reviewing your order in detail, we found out you haven't purchased any insurance during the check-out. Please understand, that in such case we can only compensate you partially. The shipping company is actually responsible for this loss which is sadly beyond our control. However as you are a valuable customer for us, we are willing to help you the best way we possibly can.

Also notice all of their reviews are 4stars with lots of reviews. It's pretty much a front for hit-n-miss electronics that may or may not arrive.

They are frauds. They stole my money.

I bought a phone which never delivered. They refuse to give my money back.
