These (two watches) are my recent orders from gearbest.com, I could not get them and they shipped back to gearbest's office. I have send 8 messages and they have not refunded yet! The website is unbelievable, the support center does not work on their website. Their live chat does not work as well. They have been tracking my shipping online and they have noticed that I did not get the items. Despite this fact, they do not deal with the problem and inform me. Another problem is; when I try to send an inquiry form, the system says "verify code is incorrect" even though I have entered the right one several times. I hope they will see this message and sort out my problem. thank you

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $150.

Preferred solution: Full refund.
