Details
No matter how hard you try, their gearbest customer service will always be crap. Full of *** and template answers, they NEVER say a reliable word. It's been 30 days since my shipment was supposed to arrive and gearbest does not do jack about it. It's always the same crap template message saying they are "trying to talk to the shipping company". Yeah, right.

Details
I ordered a phone and payed with wire transfer. Gearbest failed to confirm the payment and the 7 day deadline expired. after talking to customer support i got delays, excuses and was told to talk to my bank. In the end, i found out that they are using Global Collect as money transfer company. So i went to them and they were able to send me the refund right away. Gearbest was too incompetent to help me at all.
