Gearbest is not an honest company. We had very bad issues with their orders and they did not accept responsibility although I paid for insurance.

Now they claim they refunded my money but they don't show me the proof and my money is not returned back to my card. I will remove this feedback once they show me the proof and money returns back to my card. However I do not recommend buying from Gearbest anymore, sorry. ORDER ID: W180328****356623 I will be awaiting their response for taking any more actions.

I hope this will be solved here, I also contacted my credit card company for a full chargeback.

Their support does not respond as well. I am badly stuck here and this is not funny!

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $250.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

Gearbest Cons: Slow customer service, Waiting, Being stolen from.
