I have a terrible experience with GearBest - they lost my goods before even sending them to me! Ordered my item on Oct 11.

After one week and almost begging for real tracking numbers, I was able to see the status of my order has changed to "Order Processed: Ready for UPS". Contacting the shipping company I've found our the item has never been sent! Quoting UPS- "As per information available in our systems, we can confirm that this shipment has NOT been picked up yet or at least the "origin" or "pick up" scans have not been uploaded into the system." On the other hand, GearBest still claims they sent me my goods. The package has been lost between GearBest warehouse and UPSโ€™ magazines.

Fighting every day with them, GearBest is now offering $40 for my lost while I paid them more than $400. RIDICULOUS!

No package, no money, no nothing. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Reason of review: Order processing issue.

Monetary Loss: $450.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

Gearbest Cons: Shipping, No product received and no customer service.
