Gearbest Ripped Me Off Robbing thier customers BLIND
GearBest took my money on Sept 12th 2015 it is now Dec 2nd 2015 and I still have not received my item.
They have asked me for more money or they want to give me a 50% refund? or a $20 credit note? neither of which I want i gave them $29.99 U.S.D and expect a product or a $29.99 U.S.D refund and not to be directed to their Warranty & Returns Terms and Conditions.
I DID NOT RECIEVE MY PRODUCT.
This company cannot be trusted to send the parcels that have been bought and paid for in good faith and are profiting from their consumers supposed misfortune.
They say packages are tracked but the tracking does not seem to work in the UK as it is tracked by Nederland's post
Reason of review: Problem with delivery.
Monetary Loss: $30.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
Gearbest Cons: Having my money stolen, Being robbed.
