i have bought a tv box on 09 2 2016 because it took some time to hear from them ,i ask them what is happening and they reply that they are out of stock,and it will take 2 weeksfor new stock to arrive so after the tow weeks i conduct them and ask them what is happening,and reply on 16 03 2016 that the dispach the productsince nothing had happeed i conducted them again and they reply and a foto of the packge and a recipt or post office and atrucking number for netherlanfs posts i try to find it on that post office and australian post with no result,than i checked the recipt and when i magnefied the stamp i notice tha t the stamp was from hog gong pos office i notified them about and ask them if they cant diliver they should return my money ,since than they havent reply and still my product hasnt arrived
