I ordered one quadcopter from gearbest on 23 may 2017 then automatically it selected on ship via unregistered mail and then i didnt able to see that i want to ship it via indian express which later i requested gearbest to cancel my order and i make new order with shipping selected i.e. indian express with insuarance.

But gearbest didnt cancel my order and refused to change shipping method. They saying that we dispatch yoyr order when i see status in order page it showing order is packed only. On that day i did live chat support with gearbedt team they tell me that they can cancel order for me only but they did not do that i wrote mails to gearbest they said they cant do anything right now because order is dispatch and live chat support saying that we can cancel your order but yesterday live chat support saying that we shipped your order and we cant do anything now but on order page its still showing order packed niether dispatched nor shipped. Then today i again wrote email to gearbest that whats the status of my order and when its gonna ship.

They said that we do our best to intercept your parcel i am shock if parcel was shipped so how can you say that we can intercept your parcel. All gearbest representative says different status of my order.

Reason of review: Order processing issue.
