I ordered teclast x98 air tablet.they just sent me defective screen tablet.

They took my money and sent me defective item.

Customer service are very slow and refuse to refund or ship a replacement.

This online company not trusted for sure.

have a similar screen issue with a X98 Pro I ordered from the same reseller.

Hoping they resolve this quickly


uh the error message you got is NOT from a defective tablet it's a connection to the network issue.

people really need to stop complaining about the wrong thing and learn to use items properly otherwise STOP

It seems that you did not read a word that I wrote.

No body talked about error message.

Read the review then look closely to the pic.

The problem is the two lines in the display.

They are fixed colored lines.

People really need to read and look then they must think before giving an opinion.
