New ReviewerTo whomever it concern, Order number: WP171123****271077 Order date: 23.11.2017 Order price: 237.64$ Product not arrived on time, though we have paid for shipping fees(extra:12$). We have wasted more than 2 weeks of time following up dhl regarding the status.
DHL kept saying that they will deliver the product the next day(so many next days have come and gone). We were into lots of stress because of this, as we needed the mobile so urgently we paid additional fast shipping fee and we were ready to pay custom clearance fee as well as per dhl demand. And finally yesterday we got the information that the product is missing and cannot be delivered as promised and so can request for the refund. So we approached gearbest to initiate the refund process as per the dhl guidance, But they are telling the same story again and again that product is waiting for customs clearance.
But dhl people are already confirmed us over mail and call that they are not finding and holding the product. Related ticket: E171******** I have attached all the transaction details and mails for your reference.
