So i bought 2 xiaomi wrist band on gearbest.I got one of them and wasnt working.
With few replies back and forth with support, after a month and a half i got na new one, which was working. But the second one ? No idea where got lost. Never got it.
So i wrote to support again, and said since i didnt bought insurance its not there fault the band got lost. Ugh, ok so what now ? They said they can resend it for about 75% of a full price. Ok, i agreed, few days ago and we'll see how this goes.
At the end i lost about 10 dollars, and will never shop there again.Rather use aliexpress, much better customer service.
