Gearbest - No real people to get help and poor web interface contact
After waiting 2 weeks for my order, it arrived with a damaged part.I spent over an hour navigating the site and none of the help works to get to the customer service.
Chat doesn't allow you to actually chat it only takes you to FAQ page which has no specific guide to damaged orders.
After spending 30 minutes filling out a form, after I submitted it it came back with "Error occurred, try again...." I am very frustrated and if I could send it back now I would.foreign business in the US should require a working phone number so customers can actually get help quickly.
