If you click on any of the links to submit a ticket or to contact them you will just be returned to the log in page. There is no way to notify them of any problems.
I had ordered a two wheel self balancing scooter in February, it is now April and the tracking info has not changed for weeks now.
I have ordered previous products from gear best and have been satisfied with the product. I realise that the delivery is out of their control but if something goes missing you can't even notify them, all links take You back to the login page.
