If you click on any of the links to submit a ticket or to contact them you will just be returned to the log in page. There is no way to notify them of any problems.

I had ordered a two wheel self balancing scooter in February, it is now April and the tracking info has not changed for weeks now.

I have ordered previous products from gear best and have been satisfied with the product. I realise that the delivery is out of their control but if something goes missing you can't even notify them, all links take You back to the login page.

This reviewer shared experience about order processing issue and wants this business to read this review and look into the issue (if any). This person is overall dissatisfied with Gearbest. Reviewer wants customer support to reach our to him or her ASAP for further discussion of this matter.
