Promised delivery within 15 to 25 business days.Received nothing.

Followed up with many e-mails, all I get back are loads of AUTOMATED e-mail responses of how serious they are about customer service and ow important I am as a customer and best of all....that my query has been solved. SOLVED??? By an AUTOMATED e-mail response??? Every time I send an e-mail query, I receive the exact same feedback, so very obvious that replies are automated.

And all of this after I have already paid for the goods ordered.

DOes this company even exist?Has anyone ever received stuff from GEARBEST My suggestion: DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH GEARBEST!!!

Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.

I didn't like: Empty promises, No delivery, Bad customer service.
