Acquisto da diversi anni da loro e non ho mai avuto problemi, gli articoli arrivano anche se in tempo un pò lunghi ma non è un problema... bisogna essere consapevoli dei tempi lunghi se si acquista su Gearbeat.... lo consiglio vivamente :)

I have place an Order No: 18121500903701593421 on the 22/12/18 and received it on the 12/01/19 very fast to Israel. All items on order were new and very well packed.The communication with CS is very easy and CS have done everything to help.All in all I am very pleased.

Gearbest - Exceptionally Poor Customer Service
I ordered an inexpensive item from Gearbest around the end of Decemeber 2018. Their records show that it was delivered 31 Dec 2018, however it wasn't. I work from home so I'm here for all deliveries. I followed their request and asked my neighbors and I even went to the post office to make sure it wasn't there. After all of that and about 6 or 7 emails with Lynn from their customer service they basically told me sorry too bad. Oh wait they offered to give me a credit for $1 and some change. I'm like really, it is not about the money at this point it is a matter of principle. They don't care and that is very unfortunate. My son was looking forward to the item we had ordered.
