A Gearbest é uma loja bem completa, e lá você pode encontar todo tipo de produto, utilidades domésticas, eletronicos, roupas, acessórios, sapatos, brinquedos, enfim tudo que você possa imaginar. Já fiz váris compras na loja e classifico minha experiencia geral como excelente. Os produtos são ótimos, vem bem embalados e funcionando perfeitamente. Correspondem exatamente a descrição do anuncio, esão tão bonitos como nas fotos. O serviço de atendimento ao cliente e pós venda também é ótimo, sempre procurando resolver possiveis problemas de forma satisfatória ao cliente.

En lo general es una buena página Realice el pedido: 19021600959914421988 El 16 de Febrero y la mayoría la enviaron hasta el 19 de marzo debido a que no tenían stock Desde hace algunos meses solo compro accesorios para teléfonos celulares. Puntos positivos: •El envió fue por DHL muy rápido •los artículos son como están descritos y de buena calidad •Los precios también son buenos. •Bajos precios en envíos por DHL Puntos negativos: •, pero últimamente demoran demasiado en realizar los envíos. •No tienen todos los productos que venden en stock •El servicio de atención al cliente no es muy bueno

I used to shop at gearbest through the mobile app and I'm very satisfied with their products and services. Once i bought some products but i didn't received one of them , i send a message to the customer service they kindly replied me and they refund my money in 48h. I recommend it.

Gearbest review: Nothing arrived twice, once got complete refund once only half
I oreder some Gadgets via Gearbest, and the Package never arrived. After contacting Gearbest they refunded half of the money. So I lost quite a few bucks for nothing. Nonetheless I ordered again and again nothing arrived. Because It was the secound Time I got a full refund. Nothing but Trouble and lost Money on that. Otherwise good Shop, and most of the time everything is ok, but sometimes the long way from China causes Problems

It depends what you count a fast reply. They usually answer to tickets once during 24 h.
Sometimes, the answer is that one has to wait for 2-3 business days because of holidays or smth similar that they have very often. You paid probably using a card or PayPal. I paid using wire transfer according to their data.
However, the amount came back a week later having 110 euros less. They don't feel responsible for my loss and refuge to accept bank proofs.
