I ordered the Ilife A4 vacuum. It said free shipping..

I paid extra for insurance. I got an email stating that due to the status of the item, they need to send it by DHL and I need to pay extra, without actually telling the amount. I questioned as to when did the status change and how much is the charge for DHL? In addition, DHL has insurance built into them, so return the insurance money as well.

First they claimed that the delay in response was because of Chinese new year, and second delay, they did not even bother to tell the reason, even though they claim to respond within 24 hours. So after 3 weeks, they have charged me and I am canceling the order, and hoping that I would get my money in some time
