Shop GearBest is constantly happy with discounts and coupons for various products. I buy from them for a year already, and I like fast shipping and packing of goods. Also, the store has a good support service, responds quickly to questions, and offers a solution. Good store.

Так же, в магазине хорошо работает служба поддержки, оперативно отвечают на вопросы, и предлагают решение. Хороший магазин.

Well! they are good when it comes to accept your money!

But when any item you bought fails and you need to use the "Warranty" that gearbest gives, the have a system where they offer you a minor payback in points to use if you buy anything else, And if you discard that offer the will tell you that they offer a free repair if you sent the item back..

And this is where gearbests *** hits the fan...

Upon receiving your item they will ALWAYS answer that your item "Can not be repaired!" ALWAYS!

Why is that?

Simple!

They promised that they will repair for free! So if your warranty-item can not be repaired they wont have to deal with your "free repair" And here comes the dealbreaker! Since it no longer is a "repair" (in your eyes) They repair the item (often the manufacturer has the warranty and offers repairs within a year) they they ALWAYS OFFER A REPLACEMEMT ITEM, BUT ONLY IF YOU PAY A HUGE RANSOM TO RECEIVE THE REPLACEMENT! And since the manufacturer has repaired YOUR item, that means that GEARBEST HOLDS YOUR WARRANTY-ITEM IN HOSTAGE AND DEMAND A WHOPPING RANSOME TO RELEASE YOUR OWN ITEM BACK TO YOU!

IS THAT WORTH ALL THE "5 POINTS" YOU GAVE GEARBEST????

NO! As long as gearbest uses a business model where they keep your own warranty valid items in hostage ans demands a ransom to release them back to you NO ONE SHOULD BUY ANYTHING FROM GEARBEST!
