I placed my order on gearbest app at around 21/11/2018 and the order hasnt reach me till now.please solve my problem.

Customer made 1 call to the company using contacts on our site.
Company wrote 0 private or public responses to the review from Dec 05.

I also have an order that was payed on 21/11/2018 and it still didn't get to me. I tried to contact them three times. The first time they've lied I'll get it in two to three working days, the second time they told me it't two weeks and just now, the third time, they first served the same two weeks lie and since I told them it's already more than two week, they don't answear anything anymore.
