STAY AWAY FROM Gearbest. {GEARCRAP} SCAM.....
I bought the oukitel 6000 pro phone and it did not work. After making me jump through many hoops they said that they would send me a replacement phone.
Gearbest would not pay for return postage and it cost me another $45 AUD to return the product. After a few months the new phone arrived and it was the same phone that I had sent away for replacement, and GUESS WHAT, it did not work. Now I have to go through the whole process and waste of time again and end up paying $100's more for the phone in postage etc. The least the company can do is pay for return postage if they send an item that is broken to a paying customer.
At the end of the day, is it to much to ask for, to actually get what you payed for. Now have a look the will copy and paste a response that they are really concerned and want to help, What a JOKE.

I made a purchase on Gear-***. I even paid and received confirmation of payment.
two days later I saw that my order wasn't delivered yet .
I contacted the customer service afterwards. And I was totally shocked by their mesirable n pathetic reply .
