Resolved: Terrible experience buying at Gearbest,
Gearbest refunded me 50% of fee.
I bought a 3D printer at 2017/12/18, and get nothing still now(2018/3/27). I try to contact their customer service, they just ask you keep waiting 5~7 business days for their investigation, over and over again, and they really do nothing at all because they don't give you any feedback.
Eventually, they just don't even care or response my any question, what a great service.
Gearbest should desire to win the honer of the Worst On-Line Shop of the World, I will tell any of my friends or blogs to share this terrible experience.
If you really like to buy in ther, please remember buying shipping insurence for extra fee.
