i bought a phone Xiaomi x4 to Portugal at 16 September, i broke my phone and i realy need one, i think it will be a smart and cheap buy ... first deliver lost in London...

i complain and they respond and send it again, 20 October, they forget to copy the complete address, send it without floor and door number... so it come to Lisbon, bad address , and is turning back to china...

i call postal office to give the right address and they said it have to be the company to give that information i contact gearbest and nothing the order is turning back to china again... 16 step to now (27 november ) and still no phone.
