Not resolved

I placed and paid for an order of 10 TV boxes at a price of $320. The amount was deducted from my account but I have not received the items at 10 months later.I have contacted the company of two separate occasions but no one will respond to my inquiry of the items.

I am very upset and am trying to get a refund of my money.

I have been through Paypal which is how I paid for the item and still no word from this company. This is a rip off company.

Reviewer is in unhappy mood. This person stated that there is a room for improvement of having my money sloten. Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss poor customer service of tv box and associated monetary loss in the amount of $320. Gearbest needs to issue a full refund according to poster's claims.
